Lucio served as the global CMO of Facebook for the past two years and previously held top marketing positions at HP, Visa, PepsiCo and Kraft. He started his career at Procter & Gamble.
In a heartfelt keynote address at Adweek's Brandweek Masters Live in September, Lucio focused on how successful leaders get the most out of their teams: “We need to learn to be in control of the areas where we have absolute control over goals, budgets Employees and employees have to lead results from the beginning.
