With Super Bowl 55 approaching, it's time to keep an eye on which brands are planning to take part in the biggest promotional event of the year.
Adweek's Super Bowl 2021 Ad Tracker is a one-stop shop for updates as brands announce their plans for the game, post teasers, and reveal their full spots. We follow all of the national commercials – and also some notable regional ad purchases – that will play in the big game that airs on CBS on February 7th.
Last year Fox Sports sold out its Super Bowl inventory by Thanksgiving. This year, CBS Sports still has a lot of inventory left, but the coveted A positions, which are the first ad in every commercial break, are sold out. CBS currently sells ads for $ 5.5 million per 30 seconds, which is slightly less than last year [$ 5.6 million per 30 seconds]. However, to be included on CBS Sports' livestream of the game, advertisers will have to raise an additional $ 300,000.
